I just bought my first pilates video and am loving it. It's Denise Austin's mat workout based on the work of J.H. Pilates. There are 2 20-minute sessions on the DVD. The length is perfect. It's easy to fit it in to your routine, even when you're really, really not in the mood. She's pleasant to listen to and it's easy enough for beginners. I've been doing it for two weeks and already notice some changes...mostly in the way I feel.
