We teach by the clarity of our example (Abraham-Hicks).  What we model in our lives is so much more important than what we speak with our words.

What kind of life do you teach others to live?  A live of balance?  Clarity? Wellness in mind, body & spirit?

Are you living the kind of life you would want your children to live?

Do you feel inside the way you would want your children to feel?

Hi Pixie,

My name is Mary.  I'm the moderator for the Wellsphere weight loss community.  Thanks for joining us.  I know the fight to lose weight and keep it off is a tough one.

If you're new to Wellsphere take a few minutes to explore the site.  There are tons of great articles on everything from sports to healthy eating to relaxation.  If you're looking for something specific the search feature is great.  For instance you can use it to find healthy barbeque tips, information on accupuncture and spinning classes along with hundreds of other things.

Feel free to post questions, comments and information.  This is truly an interactive community of people who want to live healthier lives.  We all work together to support one another.

I just wanted you to know that we're here to help you attain your goals.  If there is anything I can help with let me know.  And welcome to Wellsphere.

Genetics have been on my side.  Because of my Asian genes, my skin is soft and smooth and my body is small and slim.  The times when I have been 10-15 pounds overweight, all I had to do was cut out the cookies & cake as my mid-afternoon snack.

Not everyone is so lucky.  Some people struggle with their weight and body image because of both their inherited body-type and because of a life time of poor eating and activity habits.

Mostly we all struggle with body image.  It is the body that we see in our mind; the lack of love for ourselves; and, our comparison of our bodies to the models we see in Vogue or the actresses in the movies that we struggle with most

Up until this past weekend, my work with women on weight loss and body image has been through massage therapy and encouraging them to love their bodies just as they are.  To be honest, I've been a purist in believing that if we change our thoughts and feelings about our bodies, our bodies will change.  Thoughts and feelings are important to the process, but we still must take action.

This past weekend I became a certified LypotherapistTM.  I saw with my own eyes what LypossageTM can do to improve the contour of arms, thighs, hips and abdomens as well as what LypossageTM in Zone 3 (the facial area) can do to reduce the puffiness around the eyes, chin and jowls.

It's exciting to know that I can now help those who are trying to improve their body image through the simple process of LypossageTM.

Love & light . . .
