Mary Jo A. joined this team. Hey everyone my names Mary Jo. I'm 26 and my metabolism is slowing down. I never had to worry about weight before but now my mid section is getting larger, even though I'm not gaining weight. So my goal is to start watching what I eat, and eat smaller portions. Hey! I want to eat smaller portions and truly enjoy what I consume. But further, I want to help change our culture so that we can teach children to eat smaller portions. I want to be part of this effort to help our kds grow up healthy and not to live a life of dieting. Lets Talk! Carol
