Am I pregnant?

My period was just over 3 weeks ago but this past week and a half my breast have felt swollen, my nipples really tender and now i have started producing a tiny amount of what appears to be breast milk.
I was pregnant 9 years ago but had a miscarriage, however after 2 months into the pregnancy I started lactating and continued for 3 years after (due to being on the depo contraceptive injection).
Now I don't know if this has happened because I'm now off the depo (have been for 3 years but period only came back 1 year ago) or could I be in the early stages of pregnancy?
I have taken a home test but it came back negative, so I'm not sure what to do or think!?!
