My first time playing with cream cheese frosting. A spice cake with a chai cream cheese filling & vanilla cream cheese frosting on the outside. This one went to work with Jacob this past Tuesday.
My baby brother turns 21 on the 27th. I knew I wouldn't see him on his birthday so here is a white cake with a cherry frosting filling & almond frosting outside that I delivered a little early. Wednesday - the kids, my friend Gina, & her little guy Boyd - visited Rapids to check out Altenburgs & Down on the farm & we brought the cake with.

This next cake is the culmination of the Wilton Method Course 1. Not to toot my own horn - really it was the awesome instructor I had - I learned how to make some pretty sweet roses! I was sure I'd be student #3 out of 600 who couldn't make the rose. Another thank you cake of white cake with chocolate ganache center & vanilla frosting
