Could I be pregnant?

I am on the Yasmin contreceptive pill and missed a few this month, me and my boyfriend regularly have sex without using any other form of contreception. Last Saturday (19th Sept) I began experiencing abdominal pain, nausea, very tender and itchy boobs and getting a headache. I took a pregnancy test the next day which came back positive althought this was very faint. On Monday I started my period right on time however it was very light and only lasted 2 days followed by 2 days of brown discharge. I took another test this morning (25th Sept) which came back negative, I am still having symptoms though. What could this be?
