Does the yellow Cloudy mucus means Im fertile?

My period has been off for about 3or4 days now.I had unprotected sex the same night my menstral cycle went off.But now Im experiencing some light yellow clear discharge.Could this be one of my fertile days because I have a little bit of mild cramping on and off.
