how do i know if im pregnunt after being on the patch?

ok i have one little boy he is 2 now but i been on birth control sence he was born. now i  was on the shot and then i got off because i had gain to much weight and then they had put me on the pach (otha evra)" now i had started to days late then took it off for 4 day's and then i thaught that i was my docter said that my urian tes said negitve then because of that i put the patch back on then took it off because i been having back pain and swelling and craving for meet and fries. and my nipple hurt and i can lay on them plus i can lay on my stomach it feels like some one is sitting on me. also last but not least i feel very hungry like i can eat a cow. what do you think ? am i pregnunt or am i just making myself think whats going on? HELP! please
