I been having alot or yellowish mucus discharge, what could be the cause?

Im 36 weeks pregnant to my 4th child, my first girl. For the past few days I been having alot of vaginal yellowish mucus discharge, which never occured in my previous pregnancies. What could it be and what could be the cause? Should I be worried?

Yellowish mucus at 36 weeks sounds like your mucus plug.  Nothing to worry about.  Your body is just getting ready to deliver.
