I missed the first week of my pills. Could I be pregnant?

I missed the first week of my pill (Yasmin). I had unprotected sex twice in the past week. I am now having breast tenderness, cramping mostly on the left side of my abdomen and clear discharge. Could I be having pregnancy signs this early or am I just getting my period? I know you are supposed to wait until you miss your period to take a test, but I don't think I can wait that long!
