I've been having my period 3-4 times in a month. What could that mean?

I'm 19 years old, 5'2 and weigh in at about 98/100.
My period has always been irregular, but it use to be the opposite. I use to never get my period. Now I seem to recieve it 4 times in a month.
for this month this is how my cycle has been:
Today I got it.
Oct 21
Oct 6
Sept 23
I just feel like thats all a little too close. and its beginning to really worry me, and annoy me! and were not speaking light flows, these are heavy! please help!
