Frank's follow-up appointment with his neurologist was today. Thankfully, his MRI showed no new lesions either in his brain or along his spinal cord. Despite his minor problem with his thigh a couple of months ago, she's pleased with his progress and felt comfortable doing what ever we decided as far as Frank's treatment is concerned. Because it's kept him in remission for almost six years and the MS doesn't seem to be progressing, we've decided to stick with the Rebif for now. We won't move on to the potentially brain-frying Tysabri until Frank shows a clear need for change. She did start him on a once-a-day medication to help with his fatigue. Less fatigue = more cakes. Hecks yeah.
