is she preganant?

my younger sister started taking the Yasmin contraceptive pill on the 2nd of this month.. she skipped the 19th and 20th and the following day only continued with one pill and so on(she didnt take the 2 pills she missed).. she had unprotected sex on the 23-25th (during her period which started on the 22nd) he did not however edjaculate... we are all very worried about pregnancy as this mroning she woke up vomiting a small amount of yellow fluid. is this preganacy or is it a side effect of the pill.. should we be worried?
