Massive cramping in my stomach, Rash appeared, Swollen lump in groin area, and now rash is spreading

Rash has clearly visible red raised bumps, the swollen lump is located kind of by the way top of my leg as it goes into my groin area.  As of the massive cramping prior I am wondering if I have an eptopmic pregnancy.  Meanwhile for the past week I have been feeling dizy randomly, naseau, and lower back pains.
