I didn't cook nearly as often as I had planned to last week, so I'm carrying over the meals that weren't used. This week is going to be light on cooking anyway since we'll be having Jocelyn's birthday party on Sunday.
Wednesday: Veggie Dip with Zip
Thursday: Basic Beer-Can Chicken with Cheesy Orzo
Friday: Grilled Shrimp Cocktail with Horseradish Dipping Sauce
Saturday: Party Prep, probably takeout
Sunday: Jocelyn's Party
Monday: Chicken Burritos
Tuesday: Cream of Mushroom Soup
At some point next week I'll try to post pictures and recipes of the food I'm making for the party. That is, if it isn't atrocious. I really hate to make food for guests that I haven't tried out for myself first, but I couldn't find the time. I'll be making Macaroni & Cheese, Marinated Tomato Salad and Party Penne with Sausage.
