I've just been diagnosed. How long have you had CD? Was it tough for you? All I crave right now is a kaiser bun! It is killing me...did you not crave wheat at all? I am trying to wrap my mind around what I can have rather than what I can't as it seems to help, but...at times I'm just a mess....what was your strategy?
