Justin and I went out to grab a few things at the grocery store, including some yummy bananas.
Just as we were about to reach the checkout lanes, we decided to walk past the drugstore aisle. I glanced to my left, and on top of an endcap there was Carol Alt on the cover of a magazine!
I had to see what this was all about, so I grabbed a free copy of "MediZine", and read the short article on Carol Alt.
The tagline for the article reads, "Carol Alt turned her life and health around with a new way of eating." And sure enough, they mention raw food and the word raw over five times in two short pages!
Keep in mind the rest of the magazine is filled with nothing but ads for non-raw things (lots of drug ads), so I am considering this quite an achievement for the raw world!
