Karen Knowler shows how to make flax crackers, a basic raw food recipe. You need a food processor and dehydrater or normal oven for this recipe.
Ingredients: 1 cup of flax seed 1 cup fresh tomatoes 1/2 red bell pepper 1/4 cup of sundried tomatoes, best pre-soaked small clove of garlic juice of half a juicy lemon
Process all the ingredients and dehydrate them. Enjoy your delicious crispy flax crackers.
