“Increasing Our Body’s Radiance”

Posted Dec 06 2008 1:11am

by Peter Ragnar

Our  minds and bodies are our tools for living.  The body-mind relationship is very potent.  What you think determines the way your body looks and how it works.  Every physical gesture or thought has a mental equivalent. It’s so wonderful and beneficial to keep our bodies in good condition.  The more joyousness we feel the more it will show in our bodies and faces.
“Our minds must have a good, clean connection with what is real.”
It’s in discerning and making rational decisions that the mind remains healthy. It’s helpful to make a habit of making more decisions.

Reason is an unbelievably powerful force when coupled with your intention.  When you embrace life with a well-organized mind, it will enliven your heart and mind.  The mind can demonstrate great mastery when it orchestrates the music of your life.  When that mastery is evident, your self-esteem reflects your higher self – the energy current within you.

“We are pure energy in human form”

We are moving forces of creativity, pure energy in human form, and this energy is actively creating beautiful things in us and through us.  Our universe was not created in chaos, it was created with great precision and beauty, and you are the most important part of it all.

If you love beauty and you see a beautiful physical form, you feel a natural attraction toward it.  The Golden Age of Greece showed the epitome of men and women as gods and goddesses.  The Greek statues expressed the ideal perfection of the human figure in art.  As the Roman influence grew, the forms expressed less perfection.  When civilization degenerated into the Dark Ages under the rule of the church, the depiction of the human form in art was often that of tortured souls and gross depravity. Look only for beauty everywhere and your life will become beautiful.

“Body forms indicate functions”

What we love, we can learn more about.  If you love people and study them, you’ll come to know their mental and physical characteristics.  Explore and find out more about what you love.  Study that which interests and intrigues you, and brings you joy and compassion.

Our face identifies everything in our lifetime.  Form always follows function.  As you get to know how traits correspond to the features and shapes of faces, you can start to know how people will look like just by hearing stories about them.  We can learn to look at an individual’s face and know their inclinations.  The features of a person tell a great deal.   For instance, round faces are found in jovial people who are easy to be around and tend to roll with things.  Square faces represent people who are a little more set in their ways.  Triangular-faced individuals are those who are likely to be mentally or physically adventurous.

“All characteristics we display are statements of our beliefs.”

Individuals with strong, heavier legs are generally more stable.  People with more developed chests are often more outgoing and forward people.  These muscles can develop without even working out.  Those whose foreheads are usually forward tend to express more mental energy.

Becoming aware of these things can help us to change negative habit patterns.  When our habits change it shows in our hands and gestures as well.  So, we become conscious of our movements and thoughts and we stop complaining about where we are in life, our bodies will become more resilient and our faces more brilliant and beautiful.

Move through life consciously and gracefully and you will begin to see you are pure energy in human form, and from this energy you can attract anything you’d like in your life.
