What I am trying to do is to undergo the ultimate body and mind transformation using the best weight loss, and training strategies, and of course some incredible food! In this blog I plan on documenting my progress and showing the world that this endeavor that I am embarking on can be done with hard work, exercise and of course with a proper nutrition plan.
If I can help others on this journey then that is an added plus. It's all about community and helping your fellow man/women out.
