I love to play outdoors! Rock climbing, telemark skiing, mountain biking, windsurfing, etc... I'm an Ironman finisher, but generally preferred Olympic Distance Triathlons. These days I'm mainly mountain biking, rock climbing, swing dancing.

Part of the Acquisitions team at the Stanford Law Library, where I've worked since 2003. Trail runner, swimmer, biker, lover of all things outdoors. Traveler and daydreamer. Love to cook: I'm not afraid to use butter or sugar, but I think trans fats and corn syrup are pretty frightening.

SAN MATEO, California
While I wont say that I am inactive...however, I cant say that I am very active. My consistent workout includes dancing late into the night with friends. My actual workout occurs when the summer months roll around or if I feel that my energy pattern has changed towards sloth-like. I would really like to begin exploring the outdoors more...notably hiking seems interesting to me.

I'm a grad student in the philosophy department, and environmental philosophy/ethics is my speciality. Outside of school I like to be very active. I practice yoga almost every day in addition to being an avid cyclist and hiker.
