Rosehaven Cottage is a place where good things grow. We've learned through health problems how to make some major lifestyle changes in how and what we eat without becoming stereotypical "health food nuts". We still have chocolate (an ounce a day keeps the blues away) and we eat wonderfully delicious and seemingly decadent food. It's a fun and adventurous journey to health and wellness.
