Can high blood pressure cause a red face after you run, if not what causes your face to turn red after you run?

I have P.E. and after I run my face turns red and will stay red for hours! What causes a red face is their anything I can do to prevent or to not be as red or to even calm it down when it did turn red? Does high blood pressure cause a red face?
