how can i heal a badly bruised and swollen foot when i have school

I got hit with a big metal baseball bat in the middle of my foot with all the other persons might on accident.its very pink and raw and when i walk it fees tight and lumpy

Don't walk more than you need to for a while. Put ice on it to reduce the swelling. Then put heat on it to increase blood flow to the foot. It will take time to heal.
