I'm back: Tuesday 4 mile treadmill run

Well I'm back. After two weeks of not being able to run I finally had enough strength to try it. I was scheduled to do a 5 mile run at and easy pace, but I ran out of time. I needed to pickup my son from Karate. Which was probably good because I was really feeling it. I was happy that I did it when I was done and thinking about maybe doing a cross training today, thinking I might get up and ride on my bike trainer or do a swim at lunch. That changed this morning when I tried to get up early. The body said no way, so I'm going to stick to the training plan and use my off day until I'm back at 100%.
4 miles 43:00 10:45 pace. Not great at all but I was running.
