pain in back of knee feels like it is swallon but it is not and there is no bruise's

back in april 2008 i had laser ablasion on my v.veins the doc. left the catheter in my leg without even knowing it. a week later had 1 blood clot in groin. went on lovenox and warfin. a week later went back for another scan blood clot gone catheter now seen in groin. catheter retrived doc said i had no more clots and was heathly as a horse. i still stad on just warfin till august of 2008. went off and have been fine since. but now i have this pain in the back of my knee that feels swallon but is not and there is no brusing but there is  pain during the day and at night it some what goes away. i'm on my feet all day. i also have been doing some shoveling of heavy dirt in the creek next door. can you pull stuff in the back of your knee that hurts bad during the day but kinda goes away at night. i do not have the blood cloting blood ,i had all the test done a month after i went off warfin.
