Recovery

Four days removed from finishing the San Diego 100, I'm feeling pretty good. My feet are swollen a bit, and they hurt somewhat. My legs feel fine
However, I still am experiencing waves of fatigue throughout the day. I basically took Monday off but it was back to work Tuesday. I have been sleeping a lot. My appetite is so-so.

Mentally, I really want to get out and run. But I know fatigue would quickly set in. I will take the advice of experts like Bill Ramsey and not run for one week. I will, however, get some walks and short hikes in over the next few days.

Am already trying to decide what races to do next.

I love this stuff.
