Running Down That Hill - No Problem!

Since trying hill repeats on the treadmill Wednesday my ankle has moaned and groaned and become extremely spiteful, so I've had to interrupt my heroic Shackleton comeback. "Almost reaching the glacier summit I've slid back down on my backside" - "my ankle has given up the ghost" - one step forward two steps back" ENOUGH of these pathetic cliches! that's not how I feel! "I want to strangle small animals" - "I want to gouge the eyes out of anyone who owns or even attempts to own a ridiculous inspirational poster ("let your dreams soar" with a picture of an eagle) - "I want to cut Phil Collins tongue out for torturing us with those sickly sweet 80's records" that's how I feel! AARGH!!

Okay got it off my chest, I feel better, my apoplexy has returned to a simmer, however, Phil Collins records still irritate me. So to soothe my furrowed brow I've attached my own inspirational poster.
