I didn't have a lot time and was super beat from work. I had back to back meetings all day, but knew I had to get a run. I went to the club by work. It has an indoor track. I was able to get 4 miles in. I was sucking a lot of wind and wondering why I was even running. I reset my mind set by telling myself this is why you have to practice so get your butt moving. I think I'm going to give myself a day off tomorrow and then go two longer runs this weekend.
