I'm a surviving and thriving stage four breast cancer warrior. I've had some sudden and dramatic weight gain after my diagnosis three and a half years ago and subsequent and ongoing treatment and am working hard to stay healthy by eating well and cycling and walking as often as possible. It helps that I can go shopping and do errands in the neighborhood without a car.

I believe staying in good condition, eating properly and having the right attitude combines to help povide the best quality of life.I enjoy swimming and particapate to the local community Masters swim program in my neighborhood. Last year I swam over 15 miles in about two months. This year my goal is to log over 30 miles. Also, I work out at the gym and walk three miles daily and enjoy downhill...

I am already down from 302lbs to 261lbs and I am losing about 2lbs per week. I am grafting myself into the fitness lifestyle one day at a time. There are two choices that we need to make in life; discipline or regret! I have chosen 'discipline' and it's bringing me results!

Just an average guy, with 2 beautiful daughters, 2006 & 2008. Try to stay busy learning, playing tennis and my guitar, watchin movies. My daughters mother and I have been apart since june 2008, and its starting to get difficult. I'd much prefer quality companionship than complete freedom.
