To reach my target weight I need to lose 10-15 more pounds.
I need to eat vegetables - I hate salad and I don't have time to cook much.
Target: Eat more fruits & vegetables 5 servings per day 7 times per week
Goal 2: Recover from a knee injury so I can get back to yoga and commuting on my bike.
