Yellow Vaginal Discharge

Hi. I'm 18-years-old and still a virgin. I have never done anything sexual with my boyfriend or anyone yet. But, it seems that about everytime I masturbate, the next day I would get a yellow or clear discharge. The discharge would last for a week to maybe a month. I'm very clean and wash myself well. I'm very worried if it's something bad. Nothing itches or burns, but sometimes it smells. Does anyone know what is wrong?
