'Tis the Season

Some of my best Winter holidays is ice skating. A wonderful workout that everyone can enjoy. Those memories of going fast and sliding into the ice skating ring's wall -- oops.

Then, hot cocoa with marshmellows.

And, some more ice skating. A great family time of happy memories -- a real traditional holiday.

Ice skating is such a great workout. Working hard to keep yourself balanced, which also involves your core, is perfect for beginners and the more experienced, as a way to shake up your winter (and summer if your town has an indoor rink) routine.
