i want to know what to do to make my rash go away

i've had a red rash on the left and right side of my nose for almost six years. it went away for a while but has recently came back and has gotten extremely bad. it's kind of dry, but most of the time i'ts moist. it's sometimes flaky but not very itchy...it can be though. if you look really close it's a lot of little red bumps, and it sometimes spreads to my cheeks as acne. the rest of my skin is perfect, and i've been to doctors and dermatologists and nothing seems to work. i'm not allergic to anything, and i'm hardly ever stressed. i have no idea what to do
