I’m currently on a press trip - in Los Angeles! That’s right, I’m staying at a hotel, attending events, and taking chauffered cars around town (oh, the life of a beauty writer is so tough, let me tell you), even though I’m in my own backyard. Suave is launching new products (more on those soon) and is also sponsoring Glamour Magazine’s Reel Women event, which takes place tomorrow night. To celebrate, they invited ol’ Jolie–as well as a few other super-duper fabulous beauty bloggers–LA for the premiere. We’ll be attending the red carpet premiere of two short films by Courtney Cox-Arquette and Demi Moore, then are heading to my favorite place in the city, the Chateau Marmont, for the after-party. All in a day’s work, huh?
Waiting for me in my room at the Sofitel when I checked in was a big goodie bag of Suave products, including the Daily Exfoliating Body Wash, which I used this morning and is total yumminess with apricot seed and coconut. The Exhale Calming Lavender Body Wash is also particularly delish, and I highly recommend next time you’re browsing CVS.
