Are small blisters on chest and upper arms a symptom of h1n1?

several members of my family (including me) have had a virus over the last few weeks, one daughter confirmed with h1n1. Today I have a scratchy throat, very achy body and joints, and am finding very small, red, blister-like bumps on my chest, upper arms and back....any idea what this might be?
