Burning aching spots on skin...?

areas started on my sides near the top of my hip and on my lower abdomen by my stomach. now to side and back of my thigh and above my knee, and also on my wrist.. all on the left side.... i have had a few headaches, and pain in both ears like ear infections only not as bad... i was working out a lot and not so much now, but the pain is not the muscle. if i press really hard it doesnt hurt or really lightly it doesnt hurt, has to be a little pressure or movement. i am also vegetarian, i dont know if that would have any effect on circulation?
allergies and muscle tension or something bigger?
