How do i get this off my cheeks? Please help

Well I have these two red patches on both of my cheeks. These patches gets dry/crusty and itchy at times. From afar it looks like as if I was blushing. I tried using some ointments but none of them worked. what shoulld i do? would the aloe vera plant work?
