I have had a recurring rash on my leg about the size, in diameter, of a hard ball.

It blisters and itches but does not ooze and does not seem to spread to any other place on m body. I have taken antibiotics, used Rx anti bacterial cream and anti viral cream.  Have also tried permethrin, hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol, vinegar. triple antibiotic cream, menthol cream, anti itch and anti fungal cream.  I have used extreme heat as well as cold. Nothing seems to help.  Any suggestions?
