I have leg sores that are starting to hurt, what are they?

I have 4 leg sores that are tight and shiny that seem to be swollen below the surface causing the area to feel like there is a firm mass below the skin. they are on my 2 legs in the same area on both legs (near the bottom). I have crohn's disease and am not sure if the sores are related (I have had CD for years, and this is the first time I have had leg sores...in my life). The largest sore is about 1.5" in diameter. They are round with no ring around them. I can send a picture if this would help.
I have been to 1 of many dermatologists in my area, and also to the MD a few times. The following was tried already:
- Fucidin Oint 2%
- Viaderm-K.C. Cream
- Hydrocal/Ketoderm Cream
- Oral antibiotic (300mgx3 times a day for a week)
none of those possible solutions have provided any relief or healing.
