I woke up with itchy,red, and slightly swollen cheeks.

Basically, I feltl ike i scratch my face throughout the night (but it wasn't consciously done on purpose) because it was so itchy. Next thing i know, my cheeks are swollen, itchy, red, and have warm feelings to it. What could this be?
