Is there a cure to these white lumps on my face?

Hello, im female, 16. Around a year ago i began to see some acne occuring on my face but as well as this a lot of small-ish white bumps began to appear. They are increasingly spreading and are now all over my neck and bottom half of my face. I am also prone to a few cysts but i cannot work out what im doing wrong? Ive tried so many things. I am despret to find a way to cure this mess, its horrible! Can  someone pleasssssssse help?
