Red spot on upper thing

I have a pinkish or red spot the size of a silver dollar on my upper inner thigh and it has been there for about 2 or 3 months without changing. It is not raised and when I put antifungal creams on, it seems to fade but then comes back when I stop the creams. Have been putting Trosyd antifungal ointment. Cant figure out what it might be.
