spleen - sensitive to touch skin

i am a 25 years old male. i have had chicken pox  that started 10 days ago. now it is gone.in my chest just to the left of my heart and above last rib i had a sensitive to touch skin. this has been started from 7 days ago and continued until now.also this pain is at my left side of my body and at the back.exactly where it is in the front but at my back. all of these places are sensitive to touch. what should i do? is these dangerous?
