Swollen spot on nose

I woke up this morning and noticed a swollen spot on the right side of the end of my nose. It is not painful and the color really doesn't seem to be any different than my normal skin color. The size is probably a little bigger than a dime, but smaller than a penny. It somewhat resembles a be sting, however it is probably not as raised as a be sting. It's pretty subtle, but it is visible and I'm wondering what it could be and what action I should take.
