(3) Smoking throws a monkey wrench into how you might heal.
(4) If you have loose skin liposuction will not correct it. It pretty much treats fat and only skin to a very modest extent. Her skin tone is not so great for lipo to work well. I really wonder who did it and how much it has been repeated. How she looked at the time it was done would be important to know as well.
