what are the white lumps around my lips?

I am 57 and recently have developed white lumps on the skin around my lips. There are many, mainly along the border of my bottom lip, varying from 1 to 3mm width. They arent sore or inflamed. Im not sure what they are or how to get rid of them. Please could you give me some advice.
