What is this, or what could be causing this?

I have a few clusters of large and smaller red bumps on my face. They seem to be spreading and getting worse. They are sometimes itchy, but not always. There is no whitehead, they seem to be solid. Also, Im not sure if this is related, but I have clusters of small skin coloured bumps on my hands. These are not itchy however. Or red. What is happening?
