Hi Robin,
I played soccer for many years and wish I had more time to play pick-up games. I didn't realize there are soccer leagues for toddlers, but I would check in with your local community/recreation center as they typically have all the sign up information for local leagues. Here are the Recreation Facilities in Decatur, GA .
