
To burn abdominal fat, you will need to do 2 things: 1. Make sure you are performing at least 30 minutes of some type of cardio exercise at least 5 times per week. This includes biking, swimming, running, jogging or walking at a fast pace
2. You should be eating a nutritious diet that includes complex carbs with whole grains, fruits, veggies and lean meats. That includes 3 meals per day and 2 snacks.
Bonus: to ensure that your body is burning fat 24/7, you should be performing strength training workouts at least 2x per week. A toned sculpted muscle burns calories, calories are stored energy waiting to be used. When not used, they are stored as fat.
